No one should tell you exactly what to eat or when to eat it.
You don’t need a babysitter, you need a teacher.
Instead of being chained to a meal plan, with me, you’ll gain the freedom and wisdom of learning how to eat.
Working with Femina Fortis is a two-way street.
We’ll collaborate and figure out what works for your lifestyle, but also makes sense for your health. I’ll explain the collision of chemistry and biology happening in your body so you can trust food and your body to power your goals.
WHAT I OFFER:
Productive meetings on your timeline
Once we determine we’re a great fit, we’ll schedule our first 1-hour meeting. Consultations are a standard hourly rate. There is no minimum or maximum requirement of sessions. We’ll tailor session frequency based on your unique goals and needs.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
The 5-step Process

1. History
During our first meeting, we’ll dig deeper into your food history, medical history, and, most importantly, what brought you to me.

2. Goals
Next, we’ll set some clear, measurable goals.

3. Action
Then, I’ll recommend daily steps you can take to achieve those goals based on your training timeline.

4. Measure
In subsequent meetings we’ll track your progress together and look at areas that could be improved based on how you feel and how you’re performing.

5. Refine
As you come closer to your goal, we’ll continually adjust your action plan to help you get to the next level of fitness.
Your journey doesn’t necessarily end when you achieve your goal. You may need a recovery or maintenance plan. Or you may have a completely new health goal you’ll be eager to tackle. Whatever you set your mind to, I’m ready to go there with you.
