Latin for “a strong woman,” Femina Fortis is a mindset. An approach not only to your training and nutrition, but to life.

Every woman gets to define “strong” in the way that’s most meaningful to her.

Mom. Wife. Friend. Athlete. Nutrition professional.

I’ve heard from too many women unsure how to eat to fully support everything else they’ve got going on in life, whether it’s training for an athletic event, tackling a pesky health concern, navigating pregnancy, or entering perimenopause ready to crush the decades to come.

Heck, I’ve been that woman.

That’s why my focus as a nutrition professional is centered around women. From teens to Masters, I want every woman – I want you – to gain the knowledge and skill to nourish your body optimally.

Together, we will support your personal goals and health needs.

My approach:

To quote the incomparable Dr. Stacy Sims, “women are not small men.”

Our bodies don’t work like men’s. We shouldn’t train like men and we shouldn’t fuel ourselves like men.

Working together, we’ll tailor your nutrition strategies to your body’s changing needs based on your age, health needs, and personal goals. As a Registered Dietitian trained in functional nutrition, we will review your full health history and address any conditions that may impact your nutritional needs.
